At Chair Luxe, we believe event planning should be simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. That’s why we’ve created an easy 3-step booking process:

Create your Wishlist
Add your desired items to your Wishlist by selecting the quantity and clicking “Add to Wishlist.” You can review or update your selections at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Please note: all rental orders require a $700 minimum.
View Your Quote & Submit your Order
Once you’ve finalized your selections, you’ll be able to view a real-time quote directly from your cart, including taxes and delivery fees.
Please note that pricing may vary slightly depending on your venue location, especially if it is more than 25 miles from our Earth City warehouse. You’ll also have the option to save your quote as a PDF for easy reference or sharing.
When you’re ready to move forward, simply click “Send Wishlist to Chair Luxe” at the bottom of your cart page.
Our Team Will Contact you!
After your Wishlist is submitted, our team will review your request and send you an online rental contract so you can officially reserve your items and make your down payment.
